Tuition

Tuitions are based on a twelve (12) payment plan (paid monthly) for each school year and includes breaks & holidays. Tuitions are as follows:

  • 2-year-old program - $650 per month*
  • 3-5-year-old program - $600 per month*

*Tuition is subject to change, ample notice will be provided prior to any changes

No refunds/credits are given for absences, vacations or holidays. Parents wanting to take their child out of school for vacations are still responsible to pay for tuition in order to hold their space.

Members of Calvary United Pentecostal Church may qualify for tuition discount, please ask director for more information.


Tuition Payment Plans & Late Fees**:
A grace period of 5 days is given per payment due date.

  • "Single" payment plan, full tuition is due by the 5th of each month.
    (A late fee of $15.00 will be charged for payments made after the 10th of the month)
  • "Split" payment plan, half is due by the 5th and the other half is due by the 20th of each month.
    (A late fee of $15.00 each will be charged for payments made after the 10th and the 25th of each month)

**Tuition and fees not paid by the last school day of the month, including any late fees, may result in immediate dismissal and loss of deposit. Re-enrollment will be on a space available basis only after all past due amounts have been paid. Any past-due amount not paid after 30 days will be sent to a collection agency.


Form of Payment
Cash payment is NOT accepted. Acceptable forms of payment: Money orders, cashier's checks or personal checks only. Post-dated or two party checks are not accepted.

A $25.00 fee will be charged for returned checks. Payment of the defaulted amount must be by cashier's check, money order or other guaranteed non-cash form of payment. Personal checks will no longer be accepted after two (2) returned checks.
